Conveying
The Stolle Conveying Systems division designs, manufactures and installs all types of conveyors used in a can production line, including air, mechanical, magnetic, gravity and full pallet conveying. They have also built customized conveyors to transport both empty and filled food containers in a production plant, including cans, jars and cartons between the various stages of production as well as high-care & high risk food conveying. They also offer a full line control package to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the conveying system.
Washing / Rinsing
Stolle provides sustainable systems to wash and rinse containers, from large high volume multi-stage washers, to small rinse systems for empty and filled containers. Stolle’s many water and energy-saving technologies allow them to offer the most efficient units available. Many of these technologies can also be used as a retrofit to other types of washing systems.
Drying / Curing
Stolle builds specialized ovens for can production, including ovens that dry wet/washed cans, thermoset inks and overvarnish, and large internal bake ovens to finish cure can coatings. Their experience in producing these high efficiency production ovens allows Stolle to also provide specialized drying and curing ovens for a wide variety of applications in a food production plant.
