Compound End Liners
 Stolle
offers a full range of Preferred high speed rotary compound
end liners engineered to run beer/beverage ends, sanitary
ends and twist-off closures at production speeds up to 2100
EPM.
Available in 4, 6 and 8 station models, Stolle Preferred Liners
are equipped with the latest generation of electronic compound
guns for water-base, solvent-base or plastisol compounds.
HSL Liners use a single drive for the lower chuck and turret
drive, where VHSL variable speed liners have independent variable-frequency
drives that can automatically adjust to the line speed.
Custom features include single or dual infeed downstackers,
and single or dual lane exit to fit your end production line
configuration.
A unique triple-screw downstacker ensures that larger diameter
ends (above 307) are evenly supported and fed smoothly into
the starwheel with no marks or scratches.
Stolle’s commitment to continuous improvement has produced
a host of new design upgrades, many of which are available
as retrofit packages to increase the production and efficiency
of existing liners. These include:
