Stolle PRC Top Filler

Gently fills many difficult-to-fill products, including chunky meat or poultry, raw fish portions, leafy or stringy vegetables, and viscous, non-food products.
Specifically designed models solve pet food filling problems.
Patented methods of product measurement provides superior weight accuracies of up to +/- ½%. The unique Stolle PRC portion control mechanism adjusts the piston stroke of each precision engineered filling station while the machine is operating to ensure consistent accuracies.
Stolle PRC’s wear resistant design maintains filling accuracies and reduces product leakage. Optional carbide coated or ceramic filling stations offer greater wear resistance against abrasive products, while special 316 stainless steel stations are designed to handle corrosive products.
 
Fills cans, jars or cups.
Speeds range from 40 to 1200 cpm.
Can be self driven or seamer driven.

Stolle PRC Meatball Forming Station detail
Forms a product and fills it into a container in a single operation.
Guarantees an exact number of pieces and an exact fill weight in each container.
Forms and fills meatballs for spaghetti sauce, meat cubes for beef stew, or almost any other shape and size.
Multiple pistons can be located in each forming station. The number is dependent on the size of the formed pieces and the size of opening in the container. Plus up to three cutoff knife assemblies can be utilized. This means a forming station with five pistons can produce up to fifteen formed pieces per container. The piece count can be changed by locking pistons into place or removing the second or third cutoff.
Fills cans, jars or cups.
Speeds available up to 650 cpm.
Can be self driven or seamer driven.

Stolle PRC Pump-Stuffer
Pressure-sensitive unit acts as a pump or a stuffer.
Large-capacity, twin vertical pistons minimize product cutoffs for higher quality.
Gently handles whole muscle, chunk, emulsified, fresh or cooked meats, poultry, fish and vegetables.
Optional vacuumizing hopper removes air pockets to ensure a denser more uniform product with greater slicing yields, bite firmness and extended shelf life over non-vacuumized products.
 
May be used for a variety of equipment such as: PipeLine
X-Ray, Thermoform Packaging Machines, Chub Machines, Linkers, Sizers/Clippers, Portioners, Extruders, Formers, Volumetric Fillers or it can simply be used as a product transfer pump.
Capacities range from 10,000 to 40,000 pound per hour.
